SHIPPING POLICY
Hairy Highlander ships via Royal Mail. Depending on the destination country, your order may be transferred to a local delivery company.
Orders placed by 1 pm GMT on weekdays and Saturdays will be shipped the same day. Orders submitted after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.
Although Hairy Highlander will make every effort to deliver your item to you in the allotted period, unforeseen circumstances may cause delivery times to be extended. International orders will naturally take longer.
International Orders

Please be aware that your order may be subject to local taxes, customs processing fees, and other expenses specific to your country (where applicable). Hairy Highlander does not cover these costs, and it may be necessary for you, the customer, to pay them to receive your order.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Hairy Highlander has a 14 day returns policy. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your items. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@hairyhighlander.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Unfortunately, certain items like Beard Balms, Beard Butters, and Beard Washes are non-refundable. Please contact us with any concerns.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
