grooming products shipping
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services, typically offering fast, fully monitored delivery. Depending on your location, your parcel may be handed off to a local delivery service in your country.
dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.

Orders placed before 12 noon on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday will ship the same day.

Orders placed after 12 noon on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday will ship the next dispatch day.
Please note:

During Christmas and other busy periods, dispatch and delivery times may occasionally experience delays.

Once parcels are handed to Royal Mail, any postal or seasonal delays are outside of our control.

International deliveries may take longer due to customs or local processing times.
merch shipping
Our merch is made to order, so shipping times are a little longer than our grooming products. Merch items will ship separately in their own parcel, which means they may arrive on different days. If part of your order arrives first, the remaining merch will be on its way shortly.
international orders
Hairy Highlander ships internationally via various postage companies.
Please be aware:

Some destinations may charge customs fees, VAT, or local duties.

These charges may not be included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions

Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless faulty.) We recommend using a tracked service.
To start a return, email: info@hairyhighlander.co.uk and request a Return Authorisation (RMA).
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your bank.
faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at info@hairyhighlander.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
